Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing beta program waitlist registrations
  • Contacting registrants with beta invitations
  • Communication related to service development

The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). Consent is given by submitting the form.

The following data is collected and processed:

  • Name — as provided on the form
  • Email address — for contact and beta invitations
  • Company — optional organisation information
  • Signup timestamp — time of form submission
  • IP address — technical log data collected automatically

Personal data is collected solely from the data subject through the form on this website.

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the duration of the beta program or until the data subject requests deletion. Data will be deleted no later than 12 months after the beta program ends, unless there is another legal basis for processing.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be processed by the following service providers:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — server and database hosting (EU region)
  • Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting (EU region)

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.

The register is protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access to data is restricted to persons whose job duties require it. Data traffic is encrypted with TLS.

Data subjects have the following rights:
